FRRO Issued Notice Following Complaint and Police Report

Following a complaint by BJP leader Kirit Somaiya and a report submitted by the police, the FRRO issued a notice asking the actor to leave India.

Imran Khan challenged the action before the Bombay High Court, arguing that the order had been issued without providing him sufficient information or a proper opportunity to present his side.

Actor Says He Has Lived in India Since the Age of Two

Imran Khan is an American citizen and holds an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card. In his petition, he stated that he has been living in India since he was around two years old.
