The association questioned who could be targeted next and expressed concern over the growing security challenges facing Bollywood.

AICWA Writes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi

AICWA President Suresh Shyamlal Gupta has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, seeking urgent intervention to address the security concerns of the film fraternity.

The association has put forward several demands, including foolproof security arrangements for film personalities and their families. It has also called for a comprehensive crackdown on gangster and extortion networks, along with an investigation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

Demand for Fast-Track Trials and Strong Action

The association has further demanded fast-track trials and strict punishment for those found guilty of crimes targeting members of the film industry. It has also urged authorities to restore law and order in Mumbai.
