Mumbai: Salman Khan has once again stepped behind the microphone, this time for his upcoming film ‘Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace’. The actor has released a new song titled ‘Teri Sexy Beauty’, featuring Chitrangda Singh in a lively dance sequence. The track blends romance, fun and playful energy.
Salman announced the song with a few lines from its lyrics: “Departure time 5:12 am… Flight on time, 2 pegs down taking off with my sexy beauty… pata nahi kahaan mai land karoon.” The three-minute track presents a light-hearted romantic mood, with Chitrangda showcasing her dance moves while Salman lends his voice.
Salman Khan and Muskaan Sing the Track
According to the song credits, ‘Teri Sexy Beauty’ features vocals by Salman Khan and Muskaan. Himesh Reshammiya is associated with the music, while Sajid Khan has composed the music and written the lyrics. Caesar Gonsalves has handled the choreography.
Salman has previously sung several popular songs for his films. His singing credits include ‘Chandi Ki Daal Par’ from ‘Hello Brother’, ‘Most Wanted Track’ from ‘Wanted’, and ‘Hangover’, ‘Tu Hi Tu’ and ‘Hai Yehi Zindagi’ from ‘Kick’.
He also lent his voice to ‘Main Hoon Hero Tera’ from ‘Hero’, ‘Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai’ and ‘Jag Ghoomeya’ from ‘Sultan’. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, he released independent tracks such as ‘Pyaar Karona’, ‘Tere Bina’ and ‘Bhai Bhai’.
‘Maatrubhumi’ Release Date Yet to Be Announced
‘Teri Sexy Beauty’ is part of Salman Khan’s upcoming war drama ‘Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace’, which was earlier titled ‘Battle of Galwan’. The film has been awaiting its theatrical release, but its final date has not yet been announced.
A source told IANS in September that the film was nearly ready, with some visual effects work still underway. The release date, according to the source, would be announced after the Central Board of Film Certification and other relevant departments review the film. The censor board had not watched it at that time.
Salman Khan’s Upcoming Projects
Apart from ‘Maatrubhumi’, Salman Khan’s upcoming projects include Vamshi Paidipally’s ‘Monster’, in which he will share screen space with Nayanthara. He is also set to feature in an untitled thriller directed by Raj and DK.
