Meanwhile, details emerging from the investigation suggest that alleged gangster Anil Pandit had planned the attack around two and a half months ago. He is accused of involving three young men in the alleged conspiracy and transferring Rs 37,000 to one of them, 18-year-old Rehan Ansari. Police are investigating the roles of the accused and examining other aspects of the alleged plot.
Anil Pandit Allegedly Contacted Rehan Ansari in August
According to the investigation, Anil Pandit allegedly contacted Rehan Ansari, a resident of Sonipat in Haryana, through a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) call in August 2026.
