Mumbai: Television actors Gaurav Khanna and Shraddha Arya are set to share the screen for the first time in an upcoming Star Plus show. The two recently performed Durga Puja rituals on the sets of their new project, sparking excitement among fans. Producer Ekta Kapoor has also expressed her enthusiasm about bringing the popular actors together.
The upcoming show could reportedly replace Smriti Irani’s popular television series Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2. However, the makers have not yet revealed the show’s title, storyline or details about the characters played by Gaurav and Shraddha. According to reports, the show may premiere in late November 2026.
Gaurav Khanna and Shraddha Arya Perform Durga Puja on Set
On Wednesday, Gaurav and Shraddha participated in Durga Puja rituals on the sets of their upcoming show. Gaurav was seen wearing a white kurta, which he paired with a dark wristwatch and a bracelet. Shraddha looked elegant in a white traditional outfit featuring intricate detailing around the neckline and sleeves. She completed her look with open hair and a small bindi.
Before this, the two actors were also spotted at the Balaji Telefilms office, where they smiled and interacted with paparazzi. However, they did not share any details about their upcoming project.
